Run Bitch Run
Run Bitch Run is the brutally honest, darkly funny podcast every Australian woman needs in her dating survival kit. Each episode dives into a different red flag—emotional abuse, manipulation, control—backed by real stories from real women. We’re here to educate, entertain, and call out the bullshit with a mix of humour and hard truths. Unapologetically bold. Educational for all. Funny as fuck. Got a story? I want to hear it! When we recognise the red flags, we can break the cycle.

We’ve all heard the term gaslighting, but where does it actually come from? In the first episode of the pod, I dive into the origins of one of the most manipulative tactics in relationships, its impact on women today, and a great story from a Queen who's survived it. I also give a short intro about who I am, what I want/plans for the pod, and some stories from my first abusive relationship.
(I'm so sorry if the audio is a little fuck-eyed by the way! This is my first time trying to make a podcast but I'm so sure it will be much better and clearer in time. I'm hopeful I'll be able to buy a better microphone ASAP. Thank you so much for listening!!)- Audrey xx

Love-bombing. *kaboom*
Like gaslighting, this is probably a common turn of phrase you've heard before... but what does love-bombing actually look like in the context of a relationship? In today's episode, we learn where love-bombing started, how to identify the signs of being love-bombed, and what to look for in a prospective partner.
I also tell the background story of my most insane abusive relationship... and how it began in a vacuum store (plus, part one of a totally f*cked submitted story!)
Next episode is on the topic of Social Isolation and how love-bombing ties in, so if you have any stories you want to share, please feel free to do so in the links below. 💖
